Мистер Санта-Клаус, который на мировом уровне разбирается в доставке и перевозке грузов, хочет, чтобы ЕГО центр логистики в городе Оулу был бы совершенно другим.
С вашей помощью Санта-Клаус мечтает создать здание, которое запомнится посетителям и станет достопримечательностью региона. И конечно, будет энерго-эффективным и устойчивым: Оулу отделяет от полярного круга немногим больше 170 километров...

Dear architect near or far,
As you may know I run a worldwide business. My factory located at Korvatunturi, inside the Arctic Circle in Finland, produces billions of products that bring joy to the world by fulfilling people’s wishes at a certain time of the year. It’s easy to figure out that this kind of traffic requires strong logistics.
What I’m asking from you is creativity to come up with new ideas to answer my increasing delivery, distribution and storage needs, as well as to provide an unforgettable experience for visitors from all around the world. To demonstrate your ideas, my assignment to you is to plan a logistics center for the city of Oulu, Finland.
I know the assignment is tough, so I’ve cooperated with Ruukki to help you choose the construction materials that I think suit this challenge well.
I am happy to provide this opportunity to all architects and designers to show their talent and ideas, and I’m hoping to help the winner in his/her career development. So, be brave, be creative, and have fun!
