Компания Emirates проводит международный конкурс для художников , фотографов и специалистов в 3d модулировании. Принимаются работы от авторов во всех трех направлениях. Работы победителей будут изображены на трех, различных типов, членских картах компании. Вознаграждение выбранным авторам – 5000 $. А также в этом году будут переводиться по 2000$ школам или другим институциям в которых художник обучался. Тематика любая, однако мы рекомендуем вам ознакомиться с выбором жури в прошедшем году. Существует некоторая специфика отбора. Участие в конкурсе бесплатное.
The three winning artworks will be featured on the Skywards 2013 membership cards. The artist’s name will be displayed alongside their work on the card and will be seen by Skywards’ members in over 192 countries and territories.
There are three creative briefs; of course how the artists choose to interpret these briefs is very much their decision. We are looking for an honest, heartfelt exploration of the theme and what it means to the artists.
We hope these briefs will give artists the opportunity to demonstrate their talent and provide a showcase for their voice and sense of style.
Hints and tips for a successful entry
Do take time to read the brief carefully as it's important to consider our global audience.
Check your entry meets our theme values, for instance:
Do not send us a card design. Our aim is to discover emerging artists with something fresh and original to say.
Avoid any words in your art, as this will limit its global appeal.
Do not include the Emirates or Skywards logo.
Do not include any religious symbols.
Consider cultural sensitivity in your entry.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
Ensure each individual entry belongs to one of the following categories – Photography/Digital Media, Painting/Illustration or 3D.
Please note that any submission that doesn't meet these criteria will not be put forward to the next stage.
Employees of Emirates or dnata, their subsidiaries, or their advertising agencies and family members of any such employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
Prizes
US$5,000 and global recognition
Three winners will be chosen (one for each brief), whose work will be used on the 2013 Skywards membership cards as well as various other Skywards communications. Each artist’s name will be displayed alongside their winning artwork.
If you are one of the winners, you’ll receive a commission of US$5,000 and your work will enjoy global recognition through the Skywards membership cards.
This year, for the first time, we are also introducing a special prize of US$2,000 for the institution where the winners have studied, thereby broadening the scope of our competition.
