"Третий Международный Конкурс на создание Регги-постера" приглашает дизайнеров со всего мира принять участие в конкурсе. Мы ждем оригинальных дизайнов постеров, передающих энергию и вибрацию Регги музыки.
Тема 2014 года - " Зал Славы Регги, Прославляя великую ямайскую музыку".
Постеры могут быть сделаны как одним художником, так и командой. Разрешается представлять любое количество постеров. Это должны быть оригиналы работ и они не должны быть ранее где- либо опубликованы, ни в печатных изданиях, ни в интернете, ни в соц. Сетях.
Призы:
100 лучших дизайнеров примут участие в различных выставках по всему миру.
Кроме того, будет издана книга со 100 победившими постерами.
Также 1й победитель получит IPad, 2й - Wacom Tablet, 3й- DVD, книги и музыку, посвященные Регги.

International Reggae Poster Contest announces its 3rd annual call for entries for social communication reggae poster designs. They are very excited to see what designers can come up with in their original poster designs that will capture the energy and vibe of Reggae Music. The goal is simple: create a poster about Reggae Music - the rest is up to your imagination. Feel free to explore topics of Reggae covering any one of the genres. In addition, incorporate the contest theme as part of the poster design.
Theme of the 2014 edition: Toward a Reggae Hall of Fame, Celebrating Great Jamaican Music.
The objective of the 3rd International Reggae Poster Contest is to continue to build awareness for Reggae music and to celebrate the global achievements of Reggae and its positive impact on the world. The term Reggae encompasses all the popular Jamaican musical genres; Ska, Rocksteady, Roots Reggae, Dub, Dancehall and the unique Jamaican Sound System. The Poster competition is part of a bigger vision that seek to establish a Reggae Hall of Fame in Kingston, Jamaica.
Moreover, the contest is also an opportunity to raise funds to support the amazing work of a historic and wonderful Jamaican institution, the Alpha Boys' School. The Alpha Boys' School is a jewel in the center of Kingston, and it shines all over Jamaica and, through its graduates, in the music they create, throughout the world. Alpha decades of success with young Jamaicans, entering raw and emerging world-renown musicians themselves is testimony to the storied success. Without this amazing institution and its successful music program; Ska, Rocksteady, Dub and Roots Reggae music may not have been invented.
Posters may be designed by a single artist or by a team. Designers are allowed to submit any number of original posters. Posters should be original artworks and should not have been published in prints, internet, social media etc.
There is no entry fee.
Eligibility
The 3rd International Reggae Poster Contest 2014 is open to designers all over the world.
Prize
International Reggae Poster Contest 2014 will reward the best 100 designs by including them in various exhibitions all over the world. In addition, a book with all 100 posters will be published.
There will be also an Ipad for the 1st winner, Wacom Tablet for the 2nd winner and for all 3 winners DVD’s, books or music dedicated to Reggae.
